Kate Kuehn has been with the firm since 1989. She began her career as a Paralegal and later served as the firm's Legal Administrator and Litigation Manager. While in law school, Mrs. Kuehn worked full-time for the firm during the day. She received her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. She is admitted to practice in the Indiana, both state and federal courts. In 2003, Mrs. Kuehn became a Partner at the firm. currently, she co-manages the firm with Nathaniel Lee and is responsible for the firms hiring of employees. She is a graduate of Plainfield High School and has a A.S. degree in Paralegal Sciences and B.S. degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Indianapolis.
Mrs. Kuehn is a member of the Hendricks County Bar Association. She serves on various boards and committes and participates in the Legal Services Organization Guardianship Pro Bono Project. Previously, she served as an Indiana Supreme Court Hearing Officer. Mrs. Kuehn is trained as a Guardian Ad Litem and is often appointed to represent the best interest of children in guardianship and family law cases.
