Bob Feagley graduated from Evansville North High School in 1996. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana in 2001. During his undergraduate pursuit, he spent a semester studying abroad at Harlaxton College in Grantham, England. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 2004.  At Valparaiso, he spent two semesters at the civil legal aid clinic providing assistance to members of the local community. In 2004, he was admitted to practice in the State of Indiana including both the State and Federal Courts.

      Mr. Feagley's professional affiliations have included the Evansville Bar Association, the Indiana  Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Feagley is currently a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. Since 2006, he has volunteered as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau Dispute Resolution Programs.

     Since his admission to the Bar, Mr. Feagley has served as an associate on Lee, Cossell, Kuehn & Love, LLP's litigation team. His practice areas primarily involve personal injury litigation including serious injuries and wrongful death. He also practices in litigation involving small business matters, insurance subrogation, conflict of laws, and appellate practice.  

      In his time away from the office, Mr. Feagley can usually be found in the outdoors either traveling with his wife and young daughter, or engaged in one of a multitude of hobbies including: kayaking, fishing, boating or hunting.

      Bob Feagley has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers-Rising Stars Edition 2009 as published in Law and Politics by the publishers of Indianapolis Monthly.
