Attorney Nabeela Virjee joined Lee, Cossell & Feagly, LLP in June 2021. At the firm, she concentrates her practice in representing people who have been hurt in a variety of ways including car accidents, slip and falls, under and uninsured motorist claims, sexual assault/negligent hiring, wrongful death and medical malpractice. She also represents clients who have been wronged by their employer in employment law cases.

Prior to joining the Firm, Attorney Virjee practiced as an attorney at a respected mid-sized local defense firm where she regularly worked in Federal and State Court in the following practice areas: professional liability, product liability, employment law, premises liability and personal injury litigation. Attorney Virjee served in the Hogsett administration’s Office of Corporation Counsel’s litigation section where she single-handedly litigated the City’s employment cases and Section 1983 cases.

Attorney Virjee prides herself in being a responsive, well informed, and organized, which make her clients know they are in good hands with her. She is licensed to practice in Indiana, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
