Associate Attorney, Worker’s Compensation, Kightlinger & Gray LLP, Indianapolis, IN 2025 – Present
- Represent major corporations/clients in workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution
- Research and develop case strategies based on statutes, case law, and medical evidence
- Manage workplace injury claims ensuring the compliance of those claims
- Advise clients on worker’s compensation compliance by creating in depth litigation plan(s) to aid employers with potential liabilities and employees “return to work” accommodations
